Pet Policy
We welcome dogs up to 70 pounds at adult weight and cats. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets with a combined adult weight of no more than 70 pounds. Dogs are not allowed in the Lakeside section of our community. All pet owners are required to pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent (based on market rent), and an additional non-refundable monthly fee of $25. Proof of pet weight is required prior to final approval of the application.
